Luke 16:10 – β€œHe who is faithful in a very little things is faithful also in much; and he who is unrighteous in a very little thing is unrighteous also in much.” (NASB)

I was in such a rush that I almost missed it. While driving from one meeting to another, I got stuck behind a school bus letting children out for the day. As I sat there complaining about how it always seems that when I'm in a hurry something slows me down. Then it happened. A very young boy stepped off the bus into the waiting arms of his mother. As they began to walk away from the bus stop, the young boy let go of his mother's hand and bent down. As I watched curiously, I saw him pick a dandelion flower and give it to his mom. She smiled and hugged her son. I would have missed the small act of love being shared if it wasn't for the bus slowing me down. Today's verse speaks of being faithful in the very little things and how that will lead to faithfulness in bigger things. Sometimes in life, we need to slow down and take care of the small things like watching love being passed from one person to another. Don't miss the small things in life. Be faithful in keeping a watchful eye or you just may miss His love being shared.
