Psalm 139:7 (NASB) Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence?

It was something special to watch. While shopping with my wife, I had a moment to sit and observe as she went into the changing room. There under the racks of garments was a small child, he was crying out, "Mommy!" It appeared that he had lost his mom among the racks of clothing, but no sooner had his cry went out, his mother reached under the clothing and said, "I am right here, Honey!" Today's verse speaks of where can we go from God's Spirit? Where can we flee from His presence? Sometimes the choices we make in life will lead us into areas where we may think God's is not present, like the little boy beneath the racks, but like him, we can call out to God. We will find that He was right there beside us all along. To see the joy on the little boy's face when his mother answered his cry. Believe it or not, there is not a place on the face of the earth that God is not present or His Spirit is not around. The question is whether we are hiding from Him for He never hides from us.. Don't be afraid to cry out. He is there!
