Galatians 6:1 English Standard Version “Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted.” (ESV)

Day 3

They dropped him like a hot potato! I am sure we have all heard the stories or known someone who has fallen to a transgression, whether it be due to sexual immorality, stealing, lying, the list could go on and on. The fall out in a person’s life can be devastating but today’s verse shares the best course of action for us to take with them, a course of restoration and to be careful we ourselves don’t fall to that temptation. Every three days, I receive emails from Covenant Eyes, an internet protection company to help men remain pure and accountable to where and what they view on the web. As those emails come in, I look to see how the men did those three days, and then I call, email, or text them to encourage them to keep walking the walk of purity. Most people run away from those who have sinned, but God’s Word teaches us to try and help restore them. God doesn’t give up on us when we sin, why should we give up on a fellow brother!
