Genesis 1:9 – “Then God said, “Let the waters below the heavens be gathered into one place, and let the dry land appear;” and it was so.” (NASB)

"It's just amazing. He is amazing!" Some family from out of town came to visit and one of the things we shared was time at Niagara Falls - one of the seven natural wonders of the world. As I stood there and watched the water flowing over the falls, I couldn't help but think how truly amazing our Creator is. As today's verse shares, He gathered the water together in one place and let dry land appear. If you have the opportunity to visit His wonder called Niagara Falls, you will understand the awesomeness of our God. I couldn't help but think of some other wonders we have in our life: family, love, grace. The list could go on and on, but that's if we take the time to stop, look and enjoy what He has created. I wonder if we have become so busy doing this and that that we have missed His many wonders. Why not take some time, sit back, and enjoy what He created for us. That includes us as well. He created us - each different, each special, each in His image and likeness. Why not take a moment and thank Him as we enjoy His blessings.
