Challenge

Are you ready to commit your life as a Godly man?

A. Admit you are a sinner.

"There is no one righteous, not even one ... for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." Romans 3:10,23, 5:8; 6:23.

Ask God's forgiveness.

"Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."
Romans 10:13

B. Believe in Jesus

(put your trust in Him) as your only hope of salvation.

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16, 14:6.

Become a child of God by receiving Christ.

"To all who receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God." John 1:12, Revelation 3:20.

C. Confess that Jesus is your Lord.

"If you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:9, 10.

Life's Greatest Decision

Two great moments in our lives are when we are born and when we discover why we were born. We were created for a reason—a divine purpose. Our lives are not accidents or fate. God has a personal plan for each of us. His purpose in our lives can only be accomplished because of Jesus Christ.

The life of Jesus Christ is the turning point of all history. Our calendar is hinged on His birth. Who was this man from the small town of Nazareth in the Middle East? Hundreds of years before He came, prophets announced His coming. Many great men have appeared in this world, yet none were divine and announced beforehand, except this one man—Jesus. Read more...

  • John The Baptist: A New Year's Challenge

From the day he was conceived, John the Baptist’s life was unique. He was born to very old parents. He would not carry his father’s name, but be called by the name God chose for him. He moved into the desert where he underwent years of God-ordained preparation. This was no ordinary man.

  • Living in God's Will

Zechariah was an ordinary man.  He was a priest who served God in the temple.  The Bible is quick to point out that Zechariah and his wife, Elizabeth, “were upright in the sight of God, observing all the Lord's commandments and regulations blamelessly”.

  • The Use of Doctrine

God commands Christians to walk a fine line between several things in this world.  We are called to be in the world but not of it.  We are to win friends for Christ and influence people for the Lord.  Most of us cannot do that from monasteries.  We have to be living amongst other people to influence them.

  • The Concsience

My name is conscience.  I was born August 22, 1973 and died October 1, 2009.  My fatal illness began years ago.

  • Palti: Fear

My name is Palti. I am one of the 12 men hand-picked by Moses to spy out the land of Canaan.

  • Samson: Spoiled

I'm Samson. I am a selfish, spoiled brat. I've been like this ever since I can remember.

  • Ahab: Self-pity

Well, if anybody ever deserved to pity themselves, it is me. My name is Ahab. I am the king of Israel.

  • Nabal: Abuse

When we look through the window of Nabal's house, we see a selfish, hot-tempered, abusive man. Keep looking.
