What is a Legacy, Live It! Conference?
The Legacy, Live-it! Conference is a men's event for men ages 13 and up, discovering how Jesus lived His life and the example He gave for us to follow. It's about discovering the opportunities we have, no matter where we go or what we do, to leave an imprint of Jesus on someone's life.
The conference serves to:
- Challenge men in how they live their life and recognizing the legacy they live behind
- Knowing how to live a life of legacy
Who can host a Legacy, Live It! Conference?
National Men's Ministries has released the theme and artwork to participating district leadership if they desire to host this event. National Men's Ministries makes available promotional artwork for print and electronic, as well as slide images for media presentations. Additional support, i.e., custom designing pieces for participating district may be available upon request as well.
Who provides the administrative planning for a Legacy, Live It! Conference?
All logistical and administrative planning and financial obligations for the event is given to the participating district.
A sample of administrative planning includes, but not limited to:
- Promotion to all churches/leaders targeted for event through mailers and web
- Reservation of host location
- Phone calls to church leadership
- Putting together a team for administration purposes
- Event registration
- Schedule all speakers and worship team - general sessions and workshops
National Men's Ministries is available to provide:
- Promotional artwork
- Consultation for guidance in ways to host a successful event for men's leadership teams
- Strategy and schedule for the conference
