Cancellation & Disclaimers Note: If you are unable to attend the conference and wish to cancel your registration on or before February 28, 2012, please provide a written statement of your cancellation. There will be a $35 processing fee per cancelled reservation. No refund will be made after February 28, 2012. You may also choose to transfer your reservation for the 2012 National Men's Ministries Leadership Conference to a substitute registrant. Conference coordinators reserve the right to modify any published or unpublished conference details at any time without notice. By registration and attendance to this event, the signee agrees that National Men's Ministries and the General Council of the Assemblies of God shall have the unrestricted right and license to use said person's likeness as included in any broadcast, telecast or photograph taken for promotional purposes of this event. National Men's Ministries does not accept any responsibility for any losses occurred, including but not limited to, flights and/or accommodations booked for the conference.
