- Equip local churches for effective discipleship, resources, ideas and strategies
- Empower the men in the group/church for ministry to men

Matthew Four:Nineteen events are typically hosted by the District Men's Director geared to senior pastors and men's leadership teams. Churches who are interested in hosting a Matthew Four:Nineteen conference should contact their District Men's Director.
Who provides the administrative planning for a Matthew Four:Nineteen Conference?
Logistical and administrative planning is shared with the host district and National Men's Ministries. Details of responsibilities for host district will be discussed upon interest.
Some of the areas of responsibilities by Host District:
- Promotion to all churches/leaders targeted
- Reservation of location
- Phone calls to church leadership
- Putting together a team for administration purposes
National Men's Ministries provides:
- Consultation for guidance in ways to host a successful event for men's leadership teams
- Promotional artwork
- Strategy and schedule for the conference
- One or more of the NMM leadership team to deliver general sessions and/or workshops (though not exclusively)
- Strategic resources for attendees
How do I begin planning for a Matthew Four:Nineteen Conference?
The host District Men's Director and/or men's leader should contact the NMM office to secure conference dates and other planning details. Once the dates have been selected, then the necessary planning can begin.
